Getting Exposure

Since joining the Detroit Fine Arts Breakfast Club, creating a website, and entering my work into next month’s BHM exhibit (McGee: Urban Synthesis), I’ve met Judy Bowman, Dwele, gotten 10 commission requests! This is just in the last 2 months! Art is really moving for me! I know it’ll be no time until I’m selling regularly when I display my work. I want to become more and more known in the art community. DFABC has really motivated me because I feel like I have to try and keep up with the Full-Time artists and produce frequently. But, overall I’m back in love with this space and even I can’t wait to see what I do! I’m energized!!!!
